Karuyaki literally means ‘Let’s do it’ or in our case, ‘Let’s Do IT’ !

This phrase reflects our positive and proactive approach to dealing with the myriad problems we face (and solve) on behalf of our customers. We firmly believe that we are capable of dealing with the most complex requirements of our clients in our bid to provide efficient and permanent solutions to their IT needs.

Karuyaki was founded in Thane, India in October 2012. Karuyaki leverages dedicated Technology groups, a flexible Global Delivery Model, and a strong track record of building collaborative partnerships to provide maximum business value to its customers. Karuyaki is recognized for its responsiveness, commitment to quality and ability to build innovative solutions that deliver sustainable business advantages in alignment with the customer’s strategic objectives.

Company History

Karuyaki came into existence in 2012 with the objective of making a valuable contribution and difference in the existing educational ecosystem. Our first product, ShikaHo, was developed to provide an efficient and robust tool for any educational institution like a school, college or coaching class to automate and manage the many cumbersome administrative processes undertaken on a daily basis.

Even as ShikaHo was being developed, we received a number of requests from entrepreneurs and SMEs to create tailor-made software packages to automate typical and critical business processes such as Order Management, Inventory, Invoicing, Billing and Collections, etc. Using our knowledge of industry best practices and our technical expertise, we focused on coming up with innovative solutions for the myriad problems faced by our customers. Karuyaki developed multiple systems for these SMEs which helped them streamline their operations and gave them the bandwidth to focus on their core competencies.

Delivering a wide range of systems across technologies and platforms, Karuyaki gained a reputation for quality work and our offerings portfolio widened by the month. Expanding our offerings to include mobile application development, we have equipped ourselves to provide comprehensive technology solutions spanning across a variety of devices.

Through the Time & Material Business Model, Karuyaki gives customers greater flexibility to alter the project specification on an on-going basis based on upcoming market trends. This model best suits complex projects inclined to specification and design changes.

Fixed Price or Project Based

Karuyaki offers customers a fixed time / fixed price model when the scope and specifications of the project are reasonably clear. Under this low-risk model we work with customer to define expected deliverables and timelines to determine a mutually agreed fixed price.

Cost Plus or Profit Sharing

Pay for the actual services cost plus a markup or profit margin for the desired period.


We build an offshore facility, operate the offshore facility and customize it as per the client needs and upon reaching maturity, we will transfer the complete ownership of the facility and resources.
